Lynn Offerdahl has combined her background in art and love of cooking to create Offerdahl’s Bagel Gourmet and most recently Offerdahl’s Off-The-Grill. After the 1995 sale of the Offerdahl’s Bagel Gourment to Einsteins, Lynn continued to work as head of marketing for the Southeastern United States for one year, gaining valuable experience in both developing and growing a national concept. She has a passion for nutrition and fitness, which was the driving force in the formation of Offerdahl’s Off-The-Grill.

Prior to starting Offerdahl’s Bagel Gourmet, Lynn taught Art and Health for Broward County Schools. She received her Master’s Degree in Fine Arts from Northwestern University in Chicago and her BA from Kalamazoo College where she was an NCAA Diving Champion her Senior Year.

Lynn enjoys cooking, painting, rollerblading and working out.

John and Lynn live in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, with their three children, Alexandra, Drew and Jameson.
