ANDREW NICHOLS

Director

Andrew Nichols is a strategic ministry leader in South Florida, passionate about developing and advancing gospel-centered, culture-shaping initiatives. His call to ministry began through involvement in international missions and pastoral training with Evangelism Explosion International and was further cultivated during his undergraduate years at the University of Florida, where he served in student leadership with CRU.

Andrew began his ministry career at the international missions organization OneHope. His time there was marked by collaboration with global ministry leaders, which shaped his perspective of the global church and instilled a deep commitment to outcome-based ministry, which continues to guide his leadership today.

Since 2014, Andrew has worked at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale, where he currently serves as

Executive Director. He oversees all aspects of ministry operations, communications, business administration, staffing, and strategic initiatives. He brings a broad range of skillsets to nonprofit leadership and has helped guide the church through seasons of revitalization, growth, and strategic realignment. He is currently leading a $25 million capital campaign and campus revitalization project.

In addition to his work at the church, Andrew serves on staff with Coral Ridge Ministries, the national broadcast outreach founded by the church to bring the hope of the gospel to America through media. He oversees various projects and initiatives for the ministry and its DBA, the Center for Christian Statesmanship, based in Washington, D.C.

Andrew also serves as Vice President of Operations for the Institute for Faith and Culture, a discipleship initiative that equips Christians to engage today’s cultural challenges through biblical worldview training and leadership development. He provides executive oversight for the Institute’s annual Kingdom Come conference, a worldview conference that addresses the cultural issues of our day from a biblical perspective.

Andrew holds a Master of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia and a B.S. in Building Construction Management from the University of Florida.
