Bill Pierce is a highly experienced and balanced senior leader with cross functional expertise serving as President & CEO, CFO, COO, EVP, Board Member and in Advisory roles delivering consistent results across a broad range of industries and unique challenges including: Huizenga Holdings Platform Companies, Boca Resorts (RST), Miami Dolphins / Hard Rock Stadium and Swisher Hygiene (SWSH). Best known for possessing an innate ability to relate to all levels within an organization to inspire teams to drive financial results. Bill’s industry experience spans diverse industries including professional sports, entertainment venues, hospitality, industrial service businesses, and financial services in both the public and private sectors. His deep skill set extends to M&A transactions, operations management, debt and equity raises, business turnarounds and restructuring, investor relations, and facilities development.

Bill brings incredible commitment, passion, and energy to any undertaking and displays diplomacy, tact, tenacity, and straightforward communications skills. He has the ability and experience to structure and simplify complex business transactions that reconcile the
competing interests of multiple parties. He can also relate to investors and banking institutions in a pragmatic way to structure debt and equity infusions to maximize an organization’s capital structure.

Above all, Bill is a problem solver comfortable with making tough decisions and setting tactical direction and measurement for the short term and strategic direction and measurement for the long term. Bill is a collaborative Board member respecting the input and opinions of others while putting in the time necessary time to understand and advise on strategic direction, risks, and industry dynamics on evolving governance issues.

Bill and his wife Luann reside in south Florida and are active in church and civic activities including Orange Bowl Committee, UNICEF, World Vision, and Mission of Hope Haiti.
